Dad made it late, but safe to class. Buddy was found in town with his truck wrapped around a telephone pole.

He told me a little story about going to college in Wyoming. He had a 1969 Ford Mustang, and his buddy had a 4x4 Chevy pickup truck. He was from Wyoming, his buddy from Texas. He drove gently and carefully, guiding his sports car to campus with care while his buddy sped past him with the 4x4 on.

My dad has taught me a lot of things, words about manhood, pride, the gods, and women.

His wisest words were, "Just because you have a 4x4, doesn't mean you don't have to be careful in the snow." This is a phrase that has a lot of deeper meaning and has guided me through many things.

Social media and it's influencers exist entirely to drive interaction. The way to get the most interaction is to make people angry. The news you like knows this and they lie to you to make you angry to get your interactions. It is not honest

Pretty much the entire Internet saw the "you are not immune to propaganda" Garfield image and instead of questioning their own beliefs and news sources, decided to use it to convince themselves that everyone else is not immune to propaganda without even thinking about themselves.
