I think SF are over a barrel there, in the north they are still pushing the "war on drugs" narrative for political gain. I don't see them softening their stance in the republic while pushing for tougher sentencing in the north.

In Ireland we have an issue of black market cannabis showing between 70% and 80% positive for synthetics, with our national agency entirely ignoring the issue as we have prohibitionists in charge of the HRB. So very little choice for those who choose to use.
