Please do not be charitable. If you go through her post history she claims men are undeserving of therapy because the number of therapists are limited. She claims that any man who is open about their struggles with mental health is a walking red flag. This is not a real person.

Aish wants non-observant or non-Orthodox Jews to become observant and Orthodox. They typically will try to get men to start over their life and join a full time Torah study program. These sorts of posts/articles are meant to convince Jews that they will never belong to their non-Jewish community.
