Have you ever tried psychedelics with an observing therapist? As you’ve probably seen me talk about, they’ve really helped me re-wire my depressive looping neural pathways over time. (not sure of its legality there)

I’m fully projecting here, but when I felt like someone or something else was driving me the only thing that got me back was hormone therapy. Multiple people in our age group have started taking estrogen for perimenopause and it helps them a lot too. 🤷‍♀️
