Yes, this is exactly what I have been saying. It's time. Our for profit healthcare system is broken and unsustainable as healthcare is becoming out of reach for many Americans.

Phonics is just the first part to be able to recognize a word. If you no the words you keep reading and if you don't know don't know the word, you go look it up in the dictionary. I was taught to read by phonics and they taught us how to use a dictionary so we can look up words we didn't know.
