I did watch R&S when it aired on Nickelodeon back in the day and it legitimately scared me 😭 Of all the experimental shows they had it was the least appropriate for kids. Learning later how creepy this guy was explains so much

They are just cement blanks I drilled into, painted, and sealed. Pretty easy actually! The runes also glow in the dark (when they feel like it) but I don't have any great pictures of that
