I'm hardly a collector haha I've only ordered a few from neotori. They always add a free mini, but also have packs of 5 for ~€5 with a slight discount if you order multiple. I haven't ordered from topnotchdongs or twillightmeadows, but they also sell some.

I'd say boy free with order and being able to order them separately! A free little mini is always nice, but I always add some mystery minis to my order when possible bc they're too damn cute
