I see this argument made all the time. We currently let HHS manage healthcare for >130 million of our oldest, sickest, and poorest citizens. If we trust HHS to manage healthcare for them, why not M4all? Or do you think we should cut Medicare/caid from HHS authority and if so, who would be better?
