I won’t fly @americanair.bsky.social again. After our flight left late and we waited 30 minutes in takeoff queue, as we were two planes away from takeoff, our plane pull out of line and crew said we were canceled b/c their “duty day expired.” All they said is “sorry for any inconvenience.”

Good news! Yesterday the California Supreme Court denied the City of Chula Vista’s request to overrule @laprensasd.bsky.social’s legal victory to obtain police drone videos. The videos will soon be disclosed.

After remand from SCOTUS, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals just affirmed the ruling in favor of the Garniers against Poway Unified’s board member Michelle O’Connor-Ratcliff for unconstitutionally blocking them on social media. cdn.ca9.uscourts.gov/datastore/op...
