I hadn't heard of the story behind Apple Cider Vinegar but it resonated with me. They really captured why people choose the "natural" path. That subtle critique of the medical industry + Dr/patient relationship between the lines of the main story stood out to me. Also, fantastic soundtrack choices.

Also it's been interesting to open up conversations with my coworkers. It's good to have these talks. We don't have to agree, in fact it's more interesting when we don't. But at least the communication is there. Trust builds. There are still respectable face to face conversations happening out here

Amid all the slight panic and obsessive reading I'm glad I was able to take a couple of days away from The News this weekend to relax with friends. Add to that some really good podcasts today and I feel more comforted than I've felt in...idk how many days it's been.

It's been difficult to leave behind a comfort zone for a new app, even TT didn't have the same pull that IG has had for most of my adult life. It doesn't seem to matter which app I'm using anyway, I just talk to myself/into the void.
