Officially diagnosed on paper by a doctor. Autistic w/ OCD.
Along with a comment highly recommending i get tested for dyscalculia (math learning disability)
I feel like I can forgive myself now.
Doctor said “the school system failed you. Your disability was evident in your reports.”

I have to wait a week for the true results but the doctor said:
“You have a history and experience that does align with autism”

I never eat enough fiber but theres this lentil bean soup i love that is 20g of fiber. I keep forgetting your supposed to slowly introduce fiber to your system with water so everytime i randomly eat a cup full of the soup i have awful cramps 😖
