Yep, this sure is a racing game on the GBA. The airplane format makes it a bit more interesting than GBA Mario Kart, but not by much. Every challenge is a joke after getting Bottles. Don’t really recommend, sorta fun for a bit, but it lacks variety.

Banjo Tooie
Big fan of the first game, but this one’s much more of a mixed bag. A lot of levels are too big and make it way too easy to get lost. It’s at its most fun once you understand the level layouts and how they all connect. I recommend giving it a shot if you enjoyed the first game.

Been meaning to read this one for a while. The unique format adds a good sense of suspense and unease, even if the story isn’t that scary as a whole. Likable characters, plot is mildly predictable but still compelling. Enjoyed it a lot, definite recommend for gothic horror fans.

The Wild Area is pretty rough, but most other towns and routes are gorgeous.

Doing bench resets just outside zone 18, after around 300 I decided to go check the bugs nearby and got shiny alpha Kakuna! Helps with my current goal of a shiny mega dex. (Then while taking pictures a shiny Weedle sparkled lol)

Good lord is climbing the ranked ladder so much more enjoyable in this game compared to previous Pokemon games, at least for me personally.
(Probably because there’s not as much strategy involved so I can just slam my head against it until I win lol)
