That's cute. The points were not gifted. Unless I'm mistaken the Texans had an opportunity to stop the Chiefs from scoring. They failed . Part of being a championship caliber team is dealing with things like bad calls, is it not? The calls, bad or not, were not the reason the Texans lost.

Just for fun let's take those 10 points from KC.That makes it 14-13 Texans. Now take away the 2 points for the safety. That makes it 13-12 KC. Maybe it's safe to say the missing an extra point, a field goal and having another field goal blocked along with giving up 8 sacks was the actual issue.

Couple things here. First, Aikman has had an issue with Mahomes for quite a while. He is not impartial when it comes to Mahomes. Secondly, players are always trying to draw penalties on the opposing team. It's part of the game; always has been and always will be.

Let me make sure I have this correct. The refs were the cause of a missed field goal, a blocked field goal, a missed extra point, a 63 yard kickoff return along with the penalty for throwing the helmet, and 8 sacks. Got it. Yes, Texans were clearly robbed.

Maybe instead of blaming the refs people should look at the following:

1 missed field goal
1 missed extra point
1 blocked field goal
63 yard kick return given up
8 sacks allowed
12 points scored

Gotta do better to beat the champs.
