I went to the Sompo Museum of Art to see works by Maurice Utrillo. I was surprised to learn that he started painting while recovering from alcohol addiction. I like his dark colors, but his brighter works were great too.

The online tickets were sold out, so I went to the museum early in the morning to get a same-day ticket🏛️🖼️
I got there around 9:50 a.m., and the ticket I finally got was for entry just an hour and a half before closing
Waited in line for almost two hours... so tired!😅

Last week I went to Kawagoe.
While looking for a cycle port, I found a place where you can try local sake from Saitama.
Loved that you can taste 3 kinds for just 500 yen.

I ended up going to Atago Shrine, then the war museum, and finally headed home from Shimbashi Station.
I enjoyed the museum and it made me want to go back to the UEC's Museum too.
