So I emailed support for Bluesky on the bottom of the website and told them someone took my account. Bluesky had to evaluate my account before they reset my email. Took a couple days till I could get it back.

Well Bluesky did. It might be possible, but they had to do it.

I'm sorry to hear. Maybe go to discord support and ask them to revert your email? I did that on here.
