Geez that's awful 🫂 no no worries at all, fr!! Terrible how unprofessional and unempathetic some people can be. Does your insurance not cover any other doctor? Because imo if they don't really want to help you, there's no point in bothering

The process can be nightmarish but given the right dr they're happy to help. Especially if your focus prevents you from reading for fun anymore, that's a big red flag for both yourself and a medical professional, if they're actually doing their job correctly.
