…and then once i identified that possibility, i then dug more into the past reflecting on how i was raised, how my parents/friends/etc treated me, and so on. it wasn’t only in regards to intimate relationships, there’s definitely resources out there to help you find out for yourself, gl on that!

is your thought process generally the same between each relationship? at least for me, i was able to reflect on stuff all the way back from middle school involving my issues which helped me recognize an internal pattern which helped me realize i have an anxious attachment style…
