On my journey to losing approximately 50 lbs and keeping it off for life. Starting 1/1/2025
I’ve been “trying” to lose weight, to remember to drink enough water, to remember to track. Trying ≠ doing. I’m realizing I overdo my goals list and and give up for not being perfect. From here on out, I will work on celebrating any positive steps I make every day that was better than previous.
