She has no fever or any other indication that she might be feeling sick so I don't know what's going on. I hope she's not sick. But we'll see, I guess. I just know how important sleep is and I just need and want her to get the sleep she needs.

Something is telling me she's getting sick and that's what's going on. Another part wants to say she's just in a phase where she's testing her limits which is developmentally appropriate for her age. And that she's over tired, making things worse.

My toddler demanded to go downstairs and still hasn't fallen asleep. She now has demanded me and her dad be in her bed with her while she's watching Elmo in hopes she might fall asleep without throwing a fit to the point of throwing up.
