I’m confused. Is everyone’s issue that the Brewers aren’t willing to extend him or that they are trading him a year after making the NLCS? Or both? I feel like, money aside, it’s good business for them to trade him bc he’s worth more on another team than he is on the Brewers.

As a lifelong Packers fan, I don’t see a way MLF comes back from this but that doesn’t mean I think he needs to be fired. I know how the NFL works and insert Coach X for Team Y doing that in any playoff game. Overwhelmingly, Team Y fires Coach X after that kind of season and in-game collapse.

I can’t even imagine what $20k gets you in NYC if we’re paying $24k in Pittsburgh. And FWIW, we’re barely getting by too with our daycare costs.

And we don’t even send our kids to KinderCare, TenderCare etc where tuition is like $1400+ per month. We send our kids to a modest program in a city neighborhood. I can’t even imagine how much a decent daycare cost in NYC but $20k seems very very very low. Maybe I’m wrong…
