Lots of protests today. Is this just a chance for people to vent, feel better about themselves and go home? Or is this the beginning of a movement of peaceful defiance that will gain momentum? Will it be something the MAGA government can’t ignore or just a blip? I guess the answer is up to us.

I live in one of the reddest districts in the country - NW Florida. It’s where Matt Gaetz got 76% of the vote. No Democrats run in our local elections because they have zero chance of winning. Schools support ICE raids. Other than supporting blue leaning businesses, what can we do locally to resist?

It’s interesting that the four schools still in the NCAA football playoffs are ranked 5,6,7 & 8. Under last year’s rules, none of them would have made the playoff brackets.
