Sleepy crayfish.

Snoozing crayfish can be distinguished from dead crayfish by the fact that their legs remain standing or even up in the air rather than going completely limp.

Gave me a good scare first time a saw it.

My Australian red claw crayfish has been less interested in food lately and has been doing a lot of stretching and stationary exercise.

Maybe getting ready to molt.

As Australian red claw crayfish mature they switch to a more plant-based diet.

As you can see, she has decimated the marimo moss that had grown completely out of control.

Finished reading the 6th edition Bretonnia army book

When it marches to war the Bretonnian army is an impressive sight to behold, with the proud ranks of knights backed up with scores of lowborn peasants. It then continues to list the contents.

A twig catfish using its suctioncup-mouth to hang on to the filter while the waterchange causes the waterlevel to drop, exposing it's head with its long thin rostrum. An upside-down catfish with leopard spots and a dark belly hangs out in front of a flower pot. It is, as the name says, upside-down.
