Spoke to train manager & he said yes the app is bad, but it's no worse than any other train service app!! Great strap line: "We are no worse than any other train company!"😂😱

So @teamlabouruk.bsky.social want growth. Running a business for 20 years & I am clearly not a 'working person'. They have taxed me through NI increases, pension relief, dividends, inheritance tax, savings, mansion tax because I did my house up, oh & also entrepreneurial tax 'if' I finally retire.

"Core inflation, which excludes energy, food, alcohol and tobacco prices, rose by 3.4 per cent, down from 3.5 per cent in September." Says @thetimes.com ... So it is still prices going up and the exclusions are what affects most people anyway!

Big research on why Skipping is not an Olympic sport, why it is so efficient (does one leg get a rest while the other does 2 steps?) and why grown adults don't skip more into town or to get a bus! We also concluded it is impossible to be sad while skipping!

If you know me well, you will know I love the outdoors & one of my quotes says "no creative idea ever happens at a desk"! Well, tomorrow, I have been invited to attend, with an open mind, an outdoor 'untamed off-grid session' with some other people, mostly unknown to me. I shall report back.
