Actually, we can and should relitigate past decisions. Find cause, rectify cause and then move forward. We can't change the decision but we can improve. I think we are generally saying the same thing though.

We know previous managers wanted more and different players and were told no. The blame used to fall upon Levy. Either the club spins gobs of money during the winter to shore up this squad or they're the ones to blame.

And who through the years has been responsible for signing players? I would argue that is the responsibility of the ownership of the club more than anyone else as they determine how much we spend on players.
