The U.S. IRS Form 45-47 does not exist as a single, combined form number. There is an official Form 4547, Trump Account Election(s), a new draft form related to the Working Families Tax Cuts, and there have been references to lines 45 and 47 on older or state-specific tax forms.

Even if it is 7% w/o insurance, they are American human beings, people with flesh & blood, families They need insurance coverage. They deserve healthcare. The rich do not need tax cuts. Him (Spkr Johnson) & his family are covered & We The People, tax payers pay for his insurance. 🙏🏾

Maybe the insurance companies, health clinics& hospitals can start putting out weekly sales papers like grocery stores. They can offer weekly digital coupons for different medical procedures.
