**Planning and Infrastructure Bill update**

The House of Lords have moved to keep vital protections for sensitive habitats and species.

It's now time to ask MPs to hold the line.

Let your MP know that we need to keep Amendment 130 in the Bill.

action.wildlifetrusts.org/page/180301/...
Email your MP. Amendment 130 would make sure the new planning systems works for, not against nature.demand they keep amendment 130 in the Bill
It's now or never. This is the last chance to protect nature in the Planning and Infrastructure Bill. Email your MP to keep amendment 130 in the Bill.

We're taking legal action to stop 100,000 tonnes of sediment being dumped in Beachy Head West Marine Conservation Zone every year for the next 10 years. This should not be allowed in a protected area.

A beautiful morning for guiding a group around Stanmer Park. Plenty of Firecrests singing and a Corn Bunting, but surprise of the day goes to the OSPREY that circled over the village for 5 minutes before being chased off north by gulls @sussexornitholo.bsky.social #sussexbirding
