not POTS but yah heat intolerance means I'm basically not going outside as much as possible for like 6-8 months

yah it's not the only reason to move, but it contributes to the timeline. there's like a million factors to all of it, kinda a nightmare tbh. MS complicates life in so many more ways than you expect and just getting medical stuff taken care of is a whole ordeal.

my internal monologue basically lol. I've grown up with it but after my diagnosis last year it's so much harder (this is only my second summer with MS symptoms). I just wish it was easier to pull off a huge move but to me it's better than the alternative

we literally describe it as 'hot oxygen soup' because of the humidity lol. lots of people actually move here and leave bc it's like yay no snow, but then the trade-off is it's so beyond hot for months on end and they didn't pay attention/think about that.

Chicago area, as opposed to South Carolina. I know it still gets hot but they have like 20 days above 90, as opposed to 90+ days (and that's counting actual temperature, not even feels like which can easily add 10-15° degrees with humidity).

yes, like especially where I live the outside is basically off limits or really difficult for 7+ months. I can sometimes power through but even then I have to take lots of breaks and sit/lay down. Literally considering/trying for a 1000mile move just to have some relief

not Brit but it's hot and humid where I live... suffering lol, not taking walks on my lunch break for the next couple of months because it's just impossible to recover and work after that so night walks are basically it rn.

I will say, I had tons of numbness/pins&needles and then I got on kesimpta and it's basically gone (there's side effects of course but that stuff was spreading and really annoying) if you use discord I highly recommend the MS discord server to chat with others.
