Throwback to the time I met Hozier, and fell in love with a giant irish dude.

Bluesky post: To me it's only pointless when there's no context for why it's happening.

People having sex just because the author got horny? Cringe.

People having sex because of themes in the story that have built up to that moment? Tends to be interesting.

I get overwhelmed easily by many people and loudness, but I've been to a few Cons and managed to enjoy them a lot. But you really got to be careful and take care of yourself. Maybe even bring a foldable stool for lines, I got one for my last con it was so helpful. Like this one:

Do whatever sounds nice and interesting and try to stroll and enjoy.
Oh also bring transport stuff for the the autographs and photos and the art you'll buy

Bring good filling snacks and lots of water. Take a break whenever you can. Don't plan too much stuff, it will just get stressful. Also Neil's autograph line is pretty hard, go there early if you can. Prioritise beforehand! You can always add stuff but if you dont get to do all you planned its hard.
