The cans are probably better tbh. The tubs leave a powdery stuff at the bottom of the shaker cup so drinking it towards the end is annoying

Mmm i see , ive only ever had sour blue chug rug and smile more , they were okayyyyy but i never finished the tubs of them and they expired last month😭 wasted 40 bucks
