I agree it should be an individual rights and somehow some states doesn’t have it. But today we already have solutions. There are already states in USA protecting these rights. Then why is the argument addressing those states? Why saying USA in general?

We, in USA, already does! Freedom of religion is part of constitution. So does freedom of speech. Fair employment act is already a federal law! All 50 states recognize same sex marriages. Women have rights to education and vote unlike some other countries

Exactly my point! There are already laws ensure the rights! In today’s world, people are starting to ask for privileges! Not rights! Privileges!

Good! 20% of 500 is 100. That is 100 spots of the USA’s top of the food chain jobs! If we are using the same argument you been using, how many “white” candidates have the same qualifications got passed on? Is that not “privilege” or “rights” you asked for?

Speaking of that topic. Let me ask you, how many of the current CEOs of the Fortune 500 companies are not white?

There are always room for improvement! Absolutely there a lot of unfairness in USA. I will never denied that. But USA is THE most diverse nation in the world. My life experience and the thing i witnessed is more than your can even imagine

You want to talk about life experiences? Did you know in Korea and Japan, even today, still have a lot of bars/clubs forbidden foreigners to go in? Did you know in early 90s China outlaw same sex relationships? If you were found, you get jail time. So what life experience you want?

So again what rights? You have all the rights you needed ensure by law. At some point you are asking society for privilege not RIGHTS.

Oh I can do better. There is actual Federal laws against discrimination. If you really think that is the reason, then sue with physical evidence. Otherwise, ask yourself, what is the base of your claims?

I am not white. Nor most of my friends. We all employed with great jobs. Christianity is the largest religion in USA, but what law forbids you practicing other religions?

Here is the thing, what rights don’t they have? Everyone can vote. Everyone have a fair chance for employment. Everyone have equal opportunity to choose a religion. What don’t they have?
