They voted against improved warning systems because it was too costly. And then they take pride that they spent money on relief efforts, like buying planes. Why wouldn't they have pride in prevention? I'm pretty sure people would like to be alive instead of found dead.

As somebody in the IT industry for a couple decades now, I personally have never understood this mantra. In my experience breaking things makes your work a million times harder. Planning and proper execution have always seemed like a better idea.

It's fucking mind numbing that these people use the excuse that illegal immigrants are destroying the housing market. Do they know what will really destroy the housing market? Houses not being built is one of them. Building them more expensively is another.

According to MAGA he was never on the list. MAGA is not looking at it from the same lens. Him not releasing the list or saying it doesn't exist does not raise any red flags for them. They are mad, mad that they can't pin anything on the Democrats.
