I'd have to say Season 2. I loved the highschool years of the show and thought they were at there peak here. Great story arc and big bads and some truly heartbreaking moments. Season 3 and 5 are pretty close though.

Honestly, for me it's LEGO Star Wars The Complete Saga. The original Lego Star Wars was one of the first videogames I ever played and it got me hooked. It's also one of the only games that my late grandfather ever played (albeit only once/twice) and I have some fond memories of playing it with him.
