Mexicake imperial stout. This roasty, caramelly, and chocolate stout is very intense. An added twist of cinnamon, and a chilipepper, make this beer stand out against the rest. Not a beer for the faint of heart.

Next up, the winterale. Honestly, i expected a bit more from this. Its a nice thick beer, good ABV, and and sweet. The "christmas" part is missing a bit. I had the same problem brewing my christmas beer, it should be way more abundant.

Next up, the winterale. Honestly, i expected a bit more from this. Its a nice thick beer, good ABV, and and sweet. The "christmas" part is missing a bit. I had the same problem brewing my christmas beer, it should be way more abundant.

Draft Guinness at the Irish pub, is always a pleasure. Still like the nitro beer, although the flavor is somewhat tame in comparison to the heavier stouts. It's very smooth and creamy, and full beer with a lower ABV. Easily drinkable!

Draft Guinness at the Irish pub, is always a pleasure. Still like the nitro beer, although the flavor is somewhat tame in comparison to the heavier stouts. It's very smooth and creamy, and full beer with a lower ABV. Easily drinkable!

I messed up a homebrew. When bottling your beer, always mix the sugar properly through the whole batch. I didn't, and some bottles have barely any carbonization. And some... well, they start gushing.

Brewed by Women, the Tricky Tripel. Very nice tripel here. Sweet but dry, and quite a lot of fruitiness. This beer is also very thick and smooth to drink. Not too light, and even the color is very pleasing.

Bockbeer bonanza. Never made one of these. The color looks very good, and the OG is 1,084, so this should be considered a double bock. Sadly the Munich malt I used was quite old, and it could have been even higher.

Æthelstan, one of the kings of stoutland. Nice thick, creamy stout with some added peated malt to give it a little taste of whisky. It's quite sweet, caramelly, but also chocolate comes to the front. Great beer!
