First of all, go where there are no lights, i was about a 20 minute drive out the city.
If your built-in phone camera has a PRO mode, use that. set exposure time to around 20 seconds, and the ISO at 5000 or so.
Take 15-20 photos, then merge them with "Siril". There are tons of tutorials for it.
