Got it fixed. It has a lot to do with USB resources and overloading a single header. I wish this was more obvious.

Well I left that Discord because it just isn't worth that sort of interaction. I have a workaround and that's good enough for me.

So far, my AIO is not recognized / running with hardware mode only. Not ideal but I could be okay with this for now. The RGB fan blinking is just bad.
I just think the USB internal hub to split into 4 headers is not being recognized. I think its time to bail with that one.

Okay this is weird. It looks like there is a proprietary USB integral header that GIgabyte does not sell. The manual says I can split it into two headers so I plan to do that.
If I run the Lian Li Strimer cables, I plan to do that routing an external USB in to the computer.

Next experiment is to add the Lian Li cables back to see if the RGB works. I plan to add those to the 4 USB hub to just test the RGB.

This was still unstable. Setting a dedicated USB port to the iCUE Link Hub with 12 fans. The AIO and AIO rgb / lcd is connected to a separate hub.
So far this has been stable.

USB header issue resolved. I think I can return it. It did require me to try out multiple combinations. I wish there was a USB resource viewer so I can plan my USB cables.
