“One” is doing a lot of work here. “One” must only carry papers under the law if “One” is *not* a citizen. He is saying that they will presume you’re not a citizen, always, which is not how the law works under our constitution.

Anyone else notice that OpenAI is incredibly bad at product releases? Not in marketing terms, in terms of "the product is actually released so when you send people to the site after hyping them up, they can actually use the product it's not just silently not there on the site."
