I agree with Sarah Longwell. Impeachment would accomplish nothing. The Senate won't convict, again, and it would only serve to rally his base. Focus on things that can help Americans.

Hope there are state laws she can be prosecuted for. Trump will just pardon her for a federal crime.

I disagree with the article's premise. This could launch her career to an even bigger role or platform. It's very likely a sign that Trump has lost his influence on Republican careers and people are abandoning him.

The ad was absolutely truthful, but probably not the best way to get the message to the people who needed to hear it or to prevent silly, distracting conflict.
