Going through some boxes while wrapping some gifts and I found this old View-Master reel with dinosaurs. For a while as a kid, this was probably my #1 favorite toy.

And that's a wrap! Re-finishing is done and I added hairpin legs. The surface is still not as smooth as I'd like, but overall I'm quite happy with where I got with this table.

Still got a bit of setting to do and then some touch-up on the sides, but it's almost there. Calling it a success overall.

I'm watching the original Twilight Zone, never having seen a full episode before. Loving it. Two of the earliest episodes deal with isolation and loneliness, which I find interesting.

For the very curious, the postcard was an ad for what would seem to be a used car company in Sheridan, Wyoming, advertising this 1938 Dodge.

Scanning photos for a relative, including this old postcard. When I ran my helper scripts (calling various ImageMagick code with the settings I want), among the results was this crop of the placeholder for a 1-cent stamp.
