We ended up watching the first couple episodes last night and yeah... it was better than I expected

We'll keep going on it. I was too young to notice the music as a kid. The old clothes and furniture make it fun too. We haven't really watched much late 70s stuff, so it's a neat change

It's not a great picture of it, but today Paco saw his first hummingbird and it was pretty exciting

He's been keeping an eye on the feeder since it left. We get hummingbirds until about late August so he has plenty of time to left to enjoy

I guess when I have fast feelings it's either being instantly upset by cruelty, or joyful with a pleasant surprise or feeling of relief.

You're making me notice that my feelings are generally slower than most people. Maybe that's good for us? More time to react rationally before emotionally?

Thinking about it more- maybe for me the speed depends on the feelings and situation. If it's sometime like being lightly insulted or ripped off, it takes awhile for the feeling to sink in

I notice in emergencies other people freak out instantly but I don't til it's over. Maybe semi autistic trait?

I don't oppose the wealth tax, but even without it I want that budget signed.

He's definitely not sending the budget back for that since he already rejected the idea, but he better not line item veto the employee raises that he didn't support to begin with even though they were already negotiated

I'm glad it's working so well. Paco here had a hard time with the catio door so far. Larry does fine with it, but Paco finds it challenging and it closes on his tail.

We had to do some treats as motivation to get him determined enough to push through, and that seems to help but he's still learning
