Effective workouts have little to do with;

- how much you sweat
- how sore you become
- how tired you are after

Effective workouts have everything to do with how much they improve the metrics you are trying to improve.

Reaching your fitness goals has nothing to do with crushing workouts or restrictive diets.

It's about doing the right things consistently.

Then add;
- a sustainable plan
- a long term mindset
- flexibility in your approach

Simple habits + time = fitness results.

I exercise for the long term.

Not today, tomorrow or next year.

I’m thinking in decades so that I can feel great, function well, and live the life I want to live.

How do you get stronger?

You be more consistent.

You consistently get solid workouts in week after week, month after month. You simply keep stacking good workouts on top of one another.

That’s how you get stronger.

A lot of my workouts are hard, workouts that I don’t necessarily want to do in the moment.

But the way I feel, the energy I have, the noticeable improvements in my quality of life, make the tough workouts SO worth it.
