I sincerely wish prophylactic nasal sprays for flu COVID etc were more available and studied. The weirdest burnout Gen X guy in my DC apartment building told me to wash my nostrils out every time I came home in like February 2020, and he was right.

4 years on Tuft & Needle Mint and we both love it. BUT, you can go down an enormous rabbit hole here as there are 100s of local small mattress manufacturers around the country. The subreddit pinned post is a good start if you want to hyperfixate.
