I’m nearing 60 but have a new youngster of a rescue dig and we did an awesome 12 km mountain trail run today… he keeps me in shape and we give him unconditional love, a fair trade off I’d say 🥰

Apologies to folks who responded to my original post, had to correct spelling error (wish BSKY would allow edits). The joy of seeing a rescue dog "bloom" is a deeply moving and truly enriching experience - it makes us a better person for it.
