Oh and the absolute worst thing was the head lights which illuminated about 30ft in front and nothing else no matter how they were adjusted which made winter driving on rural roads completely miserable.

I had one. It wasnt anything like as good as it should have been. Miniscule boot, undergeared off the line (manual), constant rising oil level from dpf regens, the fake leather wore quickly. It was good looking, very rapid above 30 and economical for all it's power. My XC70 was much better though.
