Agreed. Since pickups are more dangerous, drivers should be required to have more safety training and expertise. This is among our recommendations to provinces.

Pickups are seven times more likely than a car to kill a child on foot that is struck! What else do we need to know? Federal, provincial + local govts all have a role to play in addressing the oversized dangers from pickups. windsorlawcities.ca/wp-content/u...
