What bugs me is the DOJ’s “policy” not to indict a sitting president. It was a MEMO written during the Nixon era, NOT LAW! It was a MEMO that the DOJ conveniently made into “policy” to avoid getting into a sticky situation with regard to the Executive Branch in the event we had a criminal President!

If the law requires this prez be indicted for criminal activity, which activity will sink Trump? Murder or corruption? Who would bring the charges and will Republicans, DOJ and SCOTUS agree? What would the public uprising look like? I would love to see how this unfolds.
