Attorneys in the case are required to request their client’s approval before any agreement could be reached. Mine failed to request my consent, now I’m filing a lawsuit

3M earplugs settled on 29 August 2023, many plaintiffs may want to review their contract with their attorneys. I found out that under my agreement, my attorney is required to request for my authorization before any agreement could be made. I currently have a civil lawsuit for breach of contract.
