Ugh I definitely think I came down with a cold. I thought my body aches and general yucky feelingness was just from my sleep issues but I got so much sleep last night and I still feel achy and garbage like I have been after only being up for a few hours. 🥲

I feel like this is the worst my sleep has been in awhile. Not like schedule-wise cuz I kinda had it fixed with being up actually in the morning instead of waking afternoon but I can't seem to get more than like 4ish hour bursts no matter how exhausted I am for the past weekish?
