The OKC Thunder rob this city. They essentially barely committed the $50 million to the arena project, as a joke, only to recoup 50% of their “investment” less than a year later.
This is corporate welfare. Snuck in and labeled as “economic development” and bundled with affordable housing.

Feature request for @figma.com. Files get big, and sometimes last a long time.. but the objects inside of them, especially components, would be helpful to have a "details" I could see more clearly. Similar to google drive.
