The 2024 book's guard statblock has 11 HP, and an improvised weapon like a potato deals 1d4 damage. A 20, plus two 4s on the two d20s from a crit, plus Holga having at least a +3 strength modifier (gets added to damage) which seems right to me, means she can knock a guard out with a potato. So yeah.
