An old mate of mine lost everything in the fires. An Aussie doing the hard yards in LA. No million dollar mansion just a modest beach bungalow. So when I rang him he was at work because he had nowhere else to go. All he had was the clothes on his back. One day at a time, I said I’m fucked, he said.
Hard to process the devastation I’ve witnessed in the last two days. Still in a state of shock for those who have lost so much in such a short period of time. #NoWords 💔
